FW 200 - Resistance Exercise Instruction Explores detailed techniques, teaching progressions, and safety considerations for barbell, dumbbell, and bodyweight exercises. In this hands on course students will advance their own movement skill as well as practice the professional instruction, correction, and modification of resistance exercises to meet client needs.
