MBA 615 - Managerial Finance This course covers a comprehensive analysis of financial management issues faced by financial managers in today’s business environment. This course will cover time value analysis, financial risk and required return long-term financing; LT debt financing, equity financing and security markets, capital structure and the cost of capital; capital investment decision: capital budgeting, project risk analysis; current asset management and financing; financial condition analysis, lease financing and business valuation financial risk management; and consider ethical implications associated with financial practices and decision-making. Emphasis will be on operational definitions of financial concepts and analytical techniques to real world situations confronted by management.
