NUR435 - Adult Health II This combined theory and clinical course builds upon Adult Health I with a continued focus on safe, patient-centered of diverse backgrounds. Evidence-based practice guides nursing care of patients with emergent and complex health conditions. Emphasis is placed on health promotion, disease management, and inter-professional care.
