ED504 - Learning as a Competitive Advantage

The course will provide a historical perspective of adult education theory, philosophy and practice. Additionally, the transformation of workplace and adult learning due to advances in technology will be examined. Changes in the nature of informal and formal learning, the learning needs of organizations, and the role of the adult education in the 21st century will be explored.
