FW 260 - Strength and Conditioning Apply the principles and methods of exercise training to enhance sports performance. This course covers general adaptation, warm-up, flexibility, resistance exercise, plyometrics, agility drills, speed, and aerobic endurance training. Students will learn to perform needs analyses and write short term and periodized training programs.
