PA330 - Public Administration


This course reviews the challenges posed by the administration of public policy decisions in the United States and the level of institutional bureaucratization this entails for our political system and citizen engagement in democratic processes. Special attention is given to the problems of democratic control, governance, interaction of the public sector with other sectors of society, and development of basic concepts of the field. 
Prerequisite(s): EN 105  AND EN 106
