CA200 - Interviewing Theories and Practice An exploration of the development and analysis of the interviewing process from the viewpoints of the interviewer and the interviewee. Consideration is given to strategies, ethics, the interview as a management tool, and a broad understanding of the communication variables involved in the interviewing context. Course principles may be applied to multiple interview settings, including academic research, employment, journalism, legal, and medical interviewing, as appropriate.
