CH329 - Introduction to Instrumental Analysis An introduction to modern instrumental chemical analysis. The course will span theory of operation, instrument design and methodology, and applications of instrumental techniques. Electrochemical methods including potentiometry, voltammetry, and coulometry; spectroscopic methods including infrared, UV/ VIS, and NMR; chromatographic methods including gas, liquid and thin layer; thermal methods of analysis and kinetic methods of analysis will be covered.
