MG371 - Management and Organizational Behavior This course is the foundation for the study of management as an academic discipline. As such, the functions, activities and principles of management and organizational leadership in business and other institutions are presented and examined. The philosophy, history, current practices and issues in the areas of motivation and human relations, individual behavior, small group behavior, intergroup behavior, organizational effectiveness, and development are presented and discussed in the context of managing organizations in a global society.
