ED563 - Managing Change and Innovation Organizations today are in a state of continuous change as they adapt to new global realities. The ability for consultants and leaders in education and organizational learning to embrace change quickly and effectively, with committed and capable people is a strategic advantage. This course will connect change management theory to practice in a variety of professional settings.
