EXS300 - Advanced Strength & Conditioning Explores detailed concepts and techniques in resistance training and conditioning. Advanced topics including biomechanics, rate of force development, velocity based training, and athlete monitoring. The course also covers evidence based intensity, volume, timing, periodization, and exercise modlity decision makng. Lastly the course includesadditional coverage of injury and overtraiing prevention and overall athlete monitoring. Prerequisite(s): EXS260 or EXS 215 Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Credits: 3 History: FWR300, FW300
