FW216 - Tactical Conditioning II In this course students will learn to anticipate and overcome common barriers to the creation and management of tactical strength and conditioning programs. Legal, political, practical, and organized labor challenges to occupational physical fitness testing and training will be explored. Additionally, psychological and workplace specific needs will help incorporate wellness programming. Lastly, case studies in program design and implementation will be explored and the latest research on best practices in occupational fitness interventions will prepare students for their capstone project. Prerequisite(s): FW 215 FW 210 Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Credits: 3
