EDC 346 - Human Resources in Early Childhood Programs

A course designed to examine aspects of supervising and supporting personnel in early care and education settings. Policies and legalities of recruiting, screening and hiring will be addressed. Candidates seeking degree in Early Childhood Education and Leadership will plan to take EDC 344, EDC 345 and 346 once they have completed practicum.
Prerequisite(s): 12 hours of Early Childhood coursework and EDC 342.
