MI 302 AF - Air Force Leadership and Management II

A study of quality management fundamentals, professional knowledge, Air Force Doctrine, and communication skills required of an Air Force junior officer. Case studies are used to examine management situations as a means of demonstrating and exercising practical applications of concepts being studied. A mandatory Leadership Laboratory (MI 499 AF) complements this course by providing advanced leadership experiences in officer-type activities, giving the student an opportunity to apply leadership and management principles.
