PO 323 - Congress and the Presidency This course examines the interrelationships between two of the three branches of our federal government. It is designed to provide a basis for understanding how relations between Congress and the President impact the formulation, adoption and implementation of domestic and foreign policy. The tensions between the two branches have been long- standing and constant. This course focuses on the dynamics of those tensions. Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Credits: 3
